LAKEWOOD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Lakewood Property Management is a women's owned, Texas Certified Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).  Lakewood participates in ownership of multifamily housing properties that utilize federal housing tax credits and other sources of funds to provide workforce rental housing.  These properties have units with rents below the local market rates because of funding sources.

Additionally, Lakewood participates in ownership of affordable rental housing for residents 55 years of age or older.

Principals of Lakewood have certified experience with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and much experience in the housing tax credit program. 

Lakewood also offers consulting services to developers of workforce housing and on-site supportive services like financial classes.
